Brad,

We're thrilled with the tree trimming done last week. It's rare that I'm pleased to be writing a check for property-related maintenance. But, happily, that's the case.

Shari, in the office was professional, helpful, and friendly. Corinna was very responsive in terms of providing an on-site analysis and estimate. She too was a pleasure to deal with. And, of course thanks to you for being so gracious when I hit you with a question "at the eleventh hour".

Both Douglas and Ricardo are excellent supervisors. ( I especially appreciated Douglas's thorough walk-through with me prior to the actual trimming.) The crew was extremely hardworking and neat.

The cuts are in line with what had been discussed, and we can tell the trees are going to "fill in" beautifully. Please feel free to use us as a reference should you choose. We'll see you for the Crepe Myrtles in the fall.
